Title : Software product for clinical and immunological prognosis of the severity of covid-19

Abstract:

One of the global problems at the moment is the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Everyone already knows all the consequences of COVID-19. In addition, determining the course of the severity of the disease is also an important factor for both the patient and the medical staff. Until now, there are various methods and standards for the treatment of COVID-19. But for determining the severity of the disease, no standard or protocol has yet been defined. To solve this problem, we studied clinical and immunological tests in 109 patients and tried to create a program "Clinical and immunological prognosis of the severity of COVID-19 course" (CIP-COV.exe) to predict the severity of COVID-19 in the early stages of the disease, so that, during the treatment for the severity of the disease.

With our developed program, you can easily predict the severity of COVID-19 in advance. The program from laboratory data and from the state of physical research will show the severity of the course of the disease. this will help at an early stage to set the correct severity for the course and prescribe appropriate therapies.

Biography:

Dr. Nodirjon Ruzimurodov studied bachelor and master’s degree in Tashkent medical academy, Uzbekistan and graduated as MD in 2018. He then joined the research group in Institute of Immunology and human genomics in the department of Cell therapy. When started the pandemic he started the research on COVID-19 and developed the program “CIP-COV.exe”, which until these days used in many hospitals. He has published more than 10 research articles in SCI(E) journals.
