Wanyana Mercy Wendy

Biography:

Wanyana Mercy Wendy studied Bsc in Environmental Health at Makerere University, MSc in Public at the University of Manchester and is currently completing an Advanced Field Epidemiology Fellowship. Mercy currently works with the Uganda National Institute of Public Health and is attached to the Uganda Ministry of Health Department of Integrated Epidemiology, Surveillance and Public Health Emergency. During the 2022 Ebola Virus Disease Outbreak Mercy was part of the National Rapid Response Team taking on various roles in the Surveillance and Contact tracing pillars
