His passion for serving others led him to Saudi Arabia, where he worked tirelessly for six years, gaining invaluable experience and honing his skills.

Driven by a desire to expand his knowledge and make a difference in the field of infectious diseases, Abdalla set his sights on Ireland. With unwavering determination, he pursued his dream of becoming a proficient clinician
