Biography:
Deepti KC, a third-year PhD student at Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, holds a B.Sc. in Nursing and an MN in Adult Nursing from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. With a background as a Nurse in charge and Nurse Lecturer, her research focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on the IPC practice of nurses. Titled "Learning from COVID-19 in Practice to Enhance Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Learning for the Future," her thesis uses a qualitative cross-national comparative approach. Deepti is actively engaging with nurses in both Scotland and Nepal, aiming to gather valuable insights from their experiences to understand better the lessons learned in IPC during the pandemic.
