Biography:
Dr. Rabe is currently a level IV neurology resident at Cardinal Santos Medical Center- University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center Consortium in Manila, Philippines. He plans to do a subspecialization either in Neurooncology or Stroke and Vascular Neurology. He received his medical degree in 2019 at the same institution.
