Biography:
Zsaklin Varga graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2019 and a Master’s diploma in 2021 at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Pécs, Hungary. During her Master’s studies, she joined the National Laboratory of Virology, at the University of Pécs, and currently she is a member of the group as a PhD student.
Her research activities and interests are zoonoses, the virological, genetic and ecological background of vector-borne diseases, mosquito surveillance, invasive mosquito species in the light of the One Health concept.
